We offer metal racks that provide a number of applications in storage and archive of documents, storage of goods and products. Our shelves are durable and reliable, as are manufactured using modern machines and the use of certified materials. They will be indispensable in designing storage and archive space. Their quality and durability was confirmed by: hygienic certificate, certified strength and safety, and the classification of the reaction to fire according to the Polish and European standards.
Product description
Moveable archive rack is designed for storage and warehousing of files and documents in the archives. It is individually designed and priced for every order, so as to optimize the use of space for development. Moveable racks manufactured by us have hygienic certification, classification of the reaction to fire and certificate confirming the strength of the shelves and safety of use.
The basic information about the product:
Racks structural material:
Racks are made of steel sheet protected from corrosion in the phosphate bath. Then, they are powder painted with structural paint providing abrasion-resistant and harmless to health coating on the surface of the shelves and other elements of the structure - in RAL 7035, light grey.
The structure and technology of the rails
Rails are made of rolled steel (channel section of external dimensions 76 x 20mm of steel sheet of thickness 2.5 mm, to which square bar 16x16 is welded). Rail has one edge bent downwards – security anti-balancer folds hook during tilting. Rail surface is protected against corrosion by phosphate and painting or by galvanizing process.
Steel rails are mounted on the floor with both-side ramps on both made of sheet steel. Rollovers allow manually operated truck passage between racks. Attachment of rails to the floor is executed with rowlplugs.
The construction of rails and arrangement technology ensures complete horizontal position.
The structure and technology of ride base execution
Rack base is moveable frame of stiffness suitable for the load and equipped with cast iron wheels - width approx. 30mm. The diameter of the rolling wheels of not less than 105 mm - in order to reduce rolling resistance. Leading wheels have both-side rims in order to ensure equal sliding of racks and to protect the wheels against falling off the rails. All wheels have individually two ball roller bearings with double-sided seal. The base is protected against rack tipping, so called anti-balancers - in the form of a sliding hook in the rail and have shock-absorbing and protective rubber bumpers.
The design and technology of the drive
Wheels are driven by three-arm puller ergonomic handle with a two-stage chain transmission. The power transmission is held by a steel axis extending from the first to the last wheels. All moving parts of the driving and steering system are made of steel and are mounted on sealed roller bearings. Three-arm handle has rotating handles and lock - blocking the rack.
The structure and technology of bearing walls and shielding panel
All bearing walls of racks are made of complete sheet steel with perforations - holes for hooks (hangers) to hang shelves at the desired height with adjustable hang at 15-25 mm. The walls are stiffened with cross bracings mounted in two-sided racks in the middle - between the rows of shelves and one-sided racks in the back of shelves. Optionally, bracings may be replaced with full steel sheets. Decorative front panel covering the drive mechanism is made of solid steel sheet and has metal pocket for a metal box and a description and rubber seal on side edge.
The structure and technology of shelves
Shelves are made of steel sheet of thickness 0.8 mm. Shelves stiffness is provided by double bending of longer edge at a height of 30mm.
The shelves are hung on four hooks (hangers), easy to mount and dismount.
Opening (marker) is made in order to easily determine the relative distance between the shelves, on all walls supporting shelves. Shelf capacity up to 70 kg/m. Shelf depth: from 250 mm to 600mm. Shelves lengths: from 800 to 1200 mm.
Safety components for operators and rack structure:
- Rubber bumpers on riding frame,
- Drive lock in crank shaft,
- Anti-balancer hooked on rail edge,
- Rubber seal on the front panel,
- Protection of shelves against slipping forward (through the use of perimeter of walls of appropriate width),
- Protection against wheels slipping from rails through both-sided wheels perimeter,
- Raids on both sides on rails.
Racks documentation:
- Instructions for use,
- Sanitary certificate of the NHI,
- Declaration made in accordance with the Polish standards,
- Classification of the reaction to fire,
- Certification - report of strength and safety test,
- Company certificate of quality management system ISO 9001.
